When we met Giulia and realized that she, like us, had worked for a long time in the fashion world, a special chemistry was sparked immediately. We knew right away that she was the right person to handle the organization and style of our wedding.
Having very little time to dedicate to the planning, Giulia and the BiancArmonia team allowed us to experience every stage with total peace of mind, taking care of everything: from managing Italian and international guests, with a dedicated concierge service, to organizing the welcome barbecue the evening before the wedding.
From the table settings to the handwritten place cards, from the small antique mirrors used as table markers to the seating chart, crafted on an antique mirror found in a flea market. These very details, chosen with great sensitivity, made the atmosphere feel so personal and authentic.
And then came the unexpected rain.
Just a few hours before the ceremony, when the villa garden was already set up for the outdoor service, a summer storm brought an incredible downpour. Giulia and her staff acted quickly, protecting the decor, the chairs, and the place settings, and then reorganized everything in no time with great speed. Fortunately, the storm passed quickly and, by six o’clock, we were able to hold the ceremony outdoors, exactly as we had dreamed.
After the outdoor dinner under a canopy of lights, we moved to the pool area, where a gorgeous dessert station was set up. As we cut the cake, fireworks began, synchronized to the rhythm of the music. It was one of those moments we will never forget and that left everyone speechless.
After the toast, we kept celebrating with the DJ and danced late into the night.
Looking back at those days, we realize that with Giulia and BiancArmonia we didn’t simply experience the organization of a wedding, but a true journey.
A succession of moments, atmospheres, and surprises designed just for us, with creativity, elegance, and a great ability to handle even the unexpected. Above all, with the feeling of having been able to live every single moment to the fullest, knowing that behind the scenes there was a direction taking care of everything.
